LB Window Systems Ltd is a family-run business founded in 2019 by Leigh and supported by his wife Gemma. Growing up it was always Leigh’s dream to one day have his own window company.
Leigh has over 30 years’ worth of experience in the glazing industry, working with his father from a very young age, including manufacturing the windows and doors himself. Leigh takes a lot of pride in his work and finishes each job professionally and promptly.

We are a small family business, yet have access to the same significant brands and products as our larger competitors. We don’t have a showroom, meaning our costs are substantially lower and can be passed on in the prices we quote to you.
And because we are a fully transparent business, we want you to know exactly who makes your windows and doors. That’s why we use our supplier showrooms to show you our range of products. This gives you a much bigger range of products and total transparency about who makes your windows and doors. We are proud of our supplier relationships.

How we work
Once you’ve made contact, we carry out a survey. We will discuss your requirements and provide you with an accurate quotation. You can make amendments at any time up until the order confirmation stage. Leigh is happy to go through your requirements as often as needed, to help you get the new doors and windows you want.
Once confirmed, we place the material orders with our suppliers and confirm the anticipated lead time. Nearer the delivery date, we will book an installation date with you.
On installation day, our dedicated team fits your new glazing, advising you of any prior requirements and timescales beforehand.
Our terms are set out on the quotation that you receive. We will keep you informed along the way. On completion of the installation, we will go through any aspects of your new doors and windows, such as operation or a particular function. Your FENSA and other paperwork is also issued at the end of the contract and upon final payment.
Of course, we are on hand after your installation to answer any questions you might have.
